I've just ordered the Merchant and Mills Dress Shirt pattern. I cannot wait till it gets here and to justify the new purchase i have donated 3 shopping bags full of vintage sewing patterns....that's how much I love the look of this tunic dress/ shirt pattern. i have been looking at different design elements for the yoke of tunics to sew in the future....just to add a focal point to and otherwise minimally styled dress. i was thinking pin tucks, simple embroidery or a different colour fabric. anyway, really excited about the arrival of my new go-to summer winter all round good-time sewing pattern. it will be so good to have a cardboard pattern with it's own cardboard tube. yay!
