Antique tie dye and working on a bead loom








i found this really beautiful old book that has some pretty specefic instructions...there's instructions for dyeing velvet and making beads out of rose hips and restoring gilt frames.

this last links gives plans for making a loom.



I'd love to make long necklaces on a loom, i really like the flat shape and the beautiful colours. I'd probably make as many as I could.
